Cacao Ceremony: Jess will begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, where you'll enjoy a cup of warming, ceremonial-grade cacao. This sacred drink, known for its gentle yet powerful energy, will help to open your heart and deepen your connection to yourself, your womb and the circle.
Sound Healing Meditation: Following the cacao ceremony, Sam's sound healing meditation is just lovely to experience with others. Everyone is made comfortable before being guided down into deep rest by my voice. Using Hypnotherapy techniques, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gongs and chimes and my own voice, you will be taken on a deep and transformative…
